1. Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account

2. Click on Forms -> Your Forms option on the menu

3. Under Your Form page, find the form that you want to edit and click on the Edit button

4. On the edit page, click on the Styles Option of the slide-out menu

5. On the Styles slide-out menu, you must click on the + New Theme button. By default is selected a default theme

6. On the Form Styles page, you will see a sample form preview on live. You have several styles to change

• General Styles
  • Background Color: Choosing a solid color
  • Background Image: Upload a custom image (less than 1MB)
• Font
  • Font: Change the font family by selecting one of the top twenty popular Google fonts
  • Heading Color: Change the color for the headlines
  • Heading Font Size: Change the headlines font size
  • Sub-Heading Color: Change the color for the sub-headlines
  • Sub-Heading Font Size: Change the sub-headlines font size
  • Label Color: Change the color for the labels
  • Label Size: Change the labels font size
• Sections
  • Section Corner Radius: Change the corner radius
  • Section Background: Change the background color
  • Section Footer Background: Change the background color for the section footer
  • Section Drop Shadow: Show/Hide the section shadow
• Inputs
  • Input Corner Radius: Change the input corner radius
  • Input Font Size: Change the input font size
• Buttons
  • Primary Button Background: Change the background color for the button
  • Primary Button Text Color: Change the color for the text
  • Primary Button Font Size: Change the text font size
  • Secondary Button Background: Change the background color for the button
  • Secondary Button Text Color: Change the color for the text
  • Secondary Button Font Size: Change the text font size

7. Then after getting your custom Theme finished, you must click on the Save Theme button
