You have 2 options to add your form to your Website. The first one is putting the link on your page that will display your form and the second one is using the code that will create a button that when clicked will display your form in a popup.

1. Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account

2. Click on Forms -> Your Forms option on the menu

3. Under Your Form page, find the form that you want to edit and click on the Edit button

4. On the edit page, click on the Publish Option of the right slide-out menu

• If your Form is not published yet, you must Confirm Your Publish first

5. On the Publish modal, you have the options to add your form to your Website

• Open In Popup: You only need to click the code to copy it, then paste it in your website to get a button to open the popup

• Link To Page: You only need to click the link to copy it, then paste it to your website to display the form
