1. Go to https://app.sinapi.io/ and log into your Sinapi account

2. Click on Leads option on the menu

3. Under the Leads page, find the lead that you want to get the information and click on the Details button

4. On the lead modal, you must click on the Questions/Answers tab

5. On the lead modal -> Questions/Answers tab, you can see all values that the lead answered
